MEB have provided the full Mechanical and Electrical installation to Berkeley West for The Victory Pier Scheme which consists of 263 quality apartments on the River Medway in Gillingham, Kent.
The project was successfully negotiated and commenced in December 2015 consists of five blocks, the highest building towering at 15 stoires, overlooking the stunning vistas of the River Medway & promenade park.
Blocks A, B, C and D share a Mezzanine and ground floor the includes the energy centre for the complex and future phases. These floors also include Wi-Fi lounges, commercial units and a gym.
MEB Building Services carried out the mechanical, electrical and public health installations comprising of LTHW heating, hot and cold water, BM controls, sprinklers, data and AV, lighting, access control, ventilation/continuous extract fans, car park & smoke ventilation, Dry risers, LV distribution, fire alarm, fire detection, foul drainage, HV distribution, telecommunications, IT cabling, lightning protection and natural gas.
